The Sunshine Sporthorse Association was established in 1999 as a regional support group for sport horse breeders in the north central Florida area. Our goal is to promote the breeding and marketing of high quality sport horses and ponies by bringing sport horse breeders and owners closer together, providing educational opportunities for our members and the public, promoting sport horse breed shows and young horse competitions, providing news, marketing and networking via our website, and providing group marketing and sales opportunities for our members.
With great regret, SSHA has been forced to cancel the September 4-5 DSHB show. This was due to very low entries that would have resulted in losses of many thousands of dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience.
